Just don't move!

Tattoo artist Ramon Vasquez, owner of Caracol Tattoo and Piercings, made my eyebrows less red and reapplied eyeliner tattoo yesterday that had not taken a week ago. Why do I trust him? 2o years ago, he had his eyebrows tattooed on because he only had a couple hairs. Look at them! He has been at it for 20 years and is quite an artist!
