Having suffered a loss from suicid...So sorry Zina. Having suffered a loss from suicide this past month, I can tell you that anyone suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts is not logical. There's just no rational thought to it. When you're there in that black pit, you're not thinking about family or the effect your actions could have on your loved ones -- only that you want out of the pit. I know this sounds awful to anyone unfamiliar with the disease, but while most people fortunately do not have the 'guts' to carry through with it, some people do. I know from experience that the grieving and loss that takes place for closed loved ones is totally different than that of a loss that occurs from natural circumstances. The way I've chosen to deal with it is by knowing that they're in a better place now and their suffering is over. But that's a hard place to get to when the loved one is younger and still had so many good years of life left.<br /><br />But it's a sad sad loss for loved ones.
